Registration Fee

All Applicants fee should be accompanied by full payment of the registration fee in Japanese yen. Advanced registration fee is applied to that remittance by Thursday, April 15, 2010.
Deadline for online registration is May 20, 2010.

Method of Payment

Fees must be paid in Japanese Yen.

  • Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express or JCB)

Please pay preferably in cash.

Confirmation

Upon receiving your application and payment, the Registration Office will send you a confirmation e-mail, bearing your registration number. This confirmation must be retained and presented at the registration desk to receive the congress materials.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

Cancellation requests must be made through the on-line system.

Cancellation Refund

Cancellation made until April 30, 2010 (JST): Deduction of JPY5000 from amount paid

  • Bank handling charges will be deducted from the refund.
  • All refunds will be made after the symposium.

Cancellation made from May 1, 2010 (JST): No refund
